Refund policy

I only offer return/refunds on items that are defective, arrive damaged in shipping or is a complete error on my part. Refunds/exchanges will not be given if you ordered and received the wrong item. That is totally on you. If you can catch it before I start on your order, I will do my best to accommodate your need! 

Exchanges will only be allowed on the same item but different size or ,on non clothing items, different color/design. Trades will not be allowed. I can refund you and then you can order the other item.

Returns or exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of receiving your item. 

They will not be allowed if the item has been used, washed, stained ,etc. 

Custom items have a no refund policy!

Refunds will not be given unless order is 7 business days past turnaround time. This is excluded if the item is being prepared to ship! 

Turnaround times are stated on each listing!
